“ What a welcome surprise it was to find this pizzeria at the end of a 1 hour trip on the ferrovia but also open at 6pm when pizzerias usually open at 7. For me, a delicious pizza is made of of two things, fresh ingredients for toppings and the base. Everyone has their preferred style. I thought Napoletana was my preferred style but this Genovese style with its thin base and crusty crust is now my favourite. This pizzeria did both very well. The proprietress was friendly, helpful and warmly welcomed us. ”
